1. Prayer in the present petition is for quashing the bill No.012692

raising an illegal demand of Rs.1,55,245/- (Annexure P-5) from the

petitioner, after calling the relevant records from the respondents and

perusing the same.

2. Today there is no representation on behalf of the parties and the

petitioner has been not appearing for the last three dates.

3. Vide order dated 13.01.2016, notice was issued to the petitioner

to make an alternate arrangement.

4. As per the office report, notice issued to the petitioner has

been received back un-served stating that the petitioner has passed away.

Thereafter, there has been no application/representation on behalf of the

petitioner since then. The matter was taken up yet again on 05.01.2024 and

a fresh notice was issued, however, it has been reported that there are no

details coming forth about the LRs of the petitioner and as such, the notice

could not be issued.

5. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the

present petition any further.

6. The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed of for non-

prosecution.

7. Liberty is however granted to the petitioner to seek revival of

the present petition, if any such issue still survives.
