Saini Law firm is an independent law firm that fulfills the requirement of legal services needed by the customers. By going through our terms and conditions you will get a detailed understanding of how saini law firms works


Deadline: At saini law firm, we work around the clock to maintain the deadlines. We will share the deadline as soon we give you a quote for your product. In case, we are running late in your project, we will keep you posted with the latest updates. Though, we will not take any legal responsibility for missing the deadline.

Payment Procedure: At saini law firm we mostly divide the bigger payments above 10,000$ into 2 parts

Part 1:-

As soon as you discuss your case with us our team will contact you so that you can pay 25% of the amount initially. so that we can start the work initially.

Part 2:-

One documentation work is completed from our side and we have to file the case you need to pay 75% amount at the time of filing the case/dispute.  If it’s legal advice you need to pay the amount before the legal advice is delivered.


• Termination of Order: Unfortunately, if a client wishes to cancel an order then he/she must reach us via email for a cancellation request within no longer than 10 days of the case initial date. The project will be ceased immediately, and a refund will be initiated after deducting our expenses.
