Present: None for the petitioner.

             Ms. Geeta Sharma, DAG, Haryana.

HARPREET SINGH BRAR, J. (ORAL)

The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.0003 dated 10.01.2023 under
Sections 120-B/148/149/323/324/379-B/427/506 of IPC registered at Police
Station Babain Kurukshetra Haryana (Annexure P-1).

In view of the resolution passed by the Punjab and Haryana High
Court Bar Association, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

A perusal of the record indicates that on 28.02.2023, the
anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner was adjourned sine die as the learned
counsel for the petitioner sought time to place on record the medico legal
reports of the complainant.

The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Diya,
submits that the present petition for anticipatory bail has been rendered
infructuous as the petitioner was arrested on 19.04.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having
been rendered infructuous.
