OF IPC AND SECTION 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v-a) OF SC/ST
(POA) AMENDMENT ACT, 2014 AND ETC.,

THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE
COURT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                          JUDGMENT

None appears for the appellants.

This appeal is listed today for compliance of office

objections for the sixth time.

At request of the counsel, the petition was ordered to

be converted into criminal appeal by order dated

18.08.2021. Counsel for the petitioners has not complied

the said order by furnishing the appeal memo, even

though the Office has given the criminal appeal number.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in

prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed

for non compliance of office objections.
