1. The petitioner by way of this writ petition assails the show cause

notice dated 31.01.2024 on the ground of it being non-speaking, cryptic and

violative of principles of natural justice.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner

has already participated in the proceedings and has also submitted the reply

assailing the show cause notice on the aforesaid grounds and the respondents

are expected to pass order on the same.

3. Learned counsel submits that the respondents be directed to pass

a speaking order on the reply already submitted by the petitioner.

4. We have considered the prayer.

5. This Court always expects from the authorities to follow the rule

of law and passing of a speaking order is one of said essentials of such rule

following the rule of law. We need not further to pass any orders and leave it

open for the authorities to pass orders accordingly. It is made clear that if the

petitioner seeks opportunity of personal hearing, he may be allowed to the

same.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.

7. All pending misc. application(s) also stand disposed of.
